lovely stay with bosphorus views
convenient location rooftop terrace helpful staff modern room
the location was convenient for exploring. the rooftop terrace provided beautiful views during breakfast (i especially liked the fresh fruit). the staff were very helpful and kind throughout my visit. i appreciated the modern, clean room i was given.
the room was slightly small for a longer stay, but it was manageable for my short trip.

really good stay with bosphorus views!

i loved the kind staff they granted my early check in request because of my early flight the breakfast buffet had lots of tasty options the rooms were super clean i definitely recommend this place it's a winner the location is perfect for exploring i could walk to all the main attractions easily
street noise made it a bit difficult to sleep well each night

helpful staff early access small room extra charge
The location is near tourist attractions. The staff were very kind and helpful to me. I got access to my room earlier than i expected. The hotel answered messages quickly.
The room size was pretty small. I paid 5% more since i was charged in turkish lira with no prepayment option.

solid choice for exploring the area
ideal location palace view friendly service satisfactory breakfast
the location was ideal to visit historical sights. my room provided views of the bosphorus and the palace. the staff offered friendly service. the breakfast buffet presented a satisfactory range of choices.
they strongly encouraged cash payment and levied an 11% fee for atm withdrawals. i did not notice any clear message regarding the high fee. the hotel should warn guests about atm fees when suggesting cash payments.

the room featured cream and white colors, promoting a calm environment. a comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning assured a restful stay. the room was modern and very clean, it was also very cosy.

the staff demonstrated helpfulness in arranging a bosphorus tour and providing directions. enes, lokman, zahid, and dako were particularly hospitable, contributing positively to my experience. the staff were always ready to assist with any requests.
